Board of Directors
Envision is governed by a outstanding volunteer board of directors representing the persons served, their families and interested community members of WeldCounty. Public board meetings occur monthly at the Envision administration building.

Mary Lu Walton, Executive Director, has worked in the Colorado community centered board system for the past 30 years. She has been involved with most areas of local community systems that provide services for persons with developmental disabilities, including: direct care assignments, case management, chairing committees, managing adult residential and day programs, and assisting overall operations of an agency.
Mary Lu accepted the position as executive director for Envision in November 1996. Since that time, she has applied her leadership skills to establish and maintain a stable management team; rebuild provider and community relationships; restructure departments; enforce operational and staff accountability; and address the quality of services delivered throughout Weld County.

Greg Yost, Director of Administrative Operations and Human Resources, brings a valuable combination of education and leadership to Envision. He has functioned as a counselor and business manager in the non-profit sector, and has served in the U.S. Navy. Greg holds a bachelor’s in psychology, bachelor's in accounting, a M.A. in counseling psychology and a MBA degree. Since he joined Envision in 1993, Greg has been instrumental in helping Envision achieve and maintain financial stability and improving management information systems

Linda Medina, Case Management Director, started as a case manager with Envision in 1996. In 1999, she became the department’s director. Linda’s history includes working for the United Cerebral Palsy Association, as well as other positions in childcare, youth services and camps supporting individuals with disabilities.

Celeste Ewert, Program Services Director, has a 18-year history with Envision in direct care and mid-management positions. In 1999, she accepted the position as Director of the Residential Department and is responsible for managing all phases of Residential Services. Celeste has an associate degree in paraprofessional counseling from Aims Community College and a bachelor’s in psychology from UNC. In 2009 Celeste was appointed Director of the Program Services Department at Envision.
