Celeste has a 20-year history with Envision. She started in direct care and quickly moved to a mid-management position. In 1999, she accepted the position as Director of the Residential Department and was responsible for managing all phases of Residential Services. In 2009 Celeste was appointed Director of the Program Services Department at Envision. On June 1, 2017, Celeste was selected to serve as Envision's Executive Director. Celeste has an associate degree in paraprofessional counseling from Aims Community College and a bachelor’s in psychology from UNC.
Marty joined Envision in October, 2010 as Finance and Administration Director. Marty has over 13 years of nonprofit finance and operations leadership experience in Colorado nonprofit organizations and her work history includes working for Special Olympics Colorado, Family Tree, Inc., Community Shares Colorado of Colorado and Morris Animal Foundation. Marty has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with additional graduate studies in accounting and management.
Linda has worked for and with individuals with developmental disabilities for 23 years in Colorado. After 19 years in case management, 16 of which have been at Envision with the past 13 in the position as Case Management Director, Linda is currently serving Envision as the Compliance & Monitoring Coordinator. Linda has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cornell College. In an attempt to travel and to experience as much of the world as possible in her youth, Linda had lived and worked in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, New York, and other parts of Colorado. Her experience includes positions in tourism, retail, pharmacy assistant, child care, youth in crisis, and painting, in addition to developmental disabilities. She is now mostly happily grounded with her husband, 3 grown step-children, 7 brilliant and beautiful grandchildren, and currently 1 dog and 3 cats.
Travis joined the Envision team in July of 2013. With over 12 years in the human resources field, Travis brings a diverse background of experience to Envision, including manufacturing and healthcare. Travis has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Tiffany began her journey with Envision in October of 2006 as a Residential Direct Care Professional. In 2008, she moved into a Program Manager position and later in 2011 became a Coordinator for the department. This June, Tiffany began her new role as the Program Services Director and she is exited at the opportunity to lead the Program Services department to make positive changes in people’s lives by empowering them to live the life they choose. Tiffany received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and her Master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy degree in general psychology from Grand Canyon University. Tiffany is very passionate about helping others, making changes and seeing everyone grow. Tiffany is one of Envision’s Person Centered Thinking Trainers as well as a Coach and is a strong supporter of being person centered and upholding the commitment Envision has made to being a Person Centered Organization. In her spare time, Tiffany bakes cakes and has taught for the University of Phoenix as an online faculty member since August of 2008.
Jenny joined Envision's Early Intervention program in August 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. For the last six years, she has enjoyed learning the many facets of the organization through a variety of different roles. In August 2016, Jenny became the Director for Children’s Case Management where she is driven to help young children and their families navigate community resources to supporting their needs. Also, Jenny is proud to be part of an organization that supports the community that she grew up in. She loves to spend free time with her family, watching her kids sporting events, and trips to the mountains.
Kay came to Envision in November, 1996, with experience in both case management and administration. Previously Kay worked for 13 years at the community centered board in Eastern Colorado in both those departments. Kay's work history includes acting as liaison to Boards of Directors, chairing the Eligibility Referral Committee, acting as contracts manager and Envision's lead investigator for incidents of alleged mistreatment, abuse, neglect and exploitation. In addition, Kay co-developed and presents training for law enforcement agencies and first responders in identifying and communicating with people with developmental disabilities.
