Envision is a “CCB” or a Community Centered Board which is a local area’s single point of entry into local, state, and federally funded programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community.
Envision serves Weld County and is currently one of twenty CCBs in Colorado. Our Services include coordination of Case Management, Early Intervention Services, Program Services, and Family Support Services.
Overview of Our Services
Early Intervention
For children birth through age 3 who have a qualifying developmental delay. Early Intervention is provided to the family to enhance the capacity of the family to support their child’s development and learning.
Case Management
The single entry point for people of all ages requesting determination of eligibility to access developmental disabilities services in Weld County.
