Envision is proud to offer the Family Caregiver (FCG) Program as part of our Residential Services. This program allows a qualified family member to provide paid caregiving for their loved one in the family home. We are here to support you every step of the way with guidance, training, and a dedicated team who understands the unique needs of caregivers and the individuals they support.
For a Family Caregiver to be paid:
The person receiving care must have a Developmental Disability (DD) Waiver Resource and
The person must live in the family home.
Family Caregivers may also be considered to provide the following Supported Living Services:
Basic Homemaker
Mentorship
Day Habilitation Services
Supported Employment
Family Caregivers receive:
Competitive pay based on the individual’s support level
Paid training time
Retirement plan
Option to purchase health insurance
Monday – Thursday
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
